In conjunction with SEAPJ project team to create a brand and marketing strategy that will communicate the economic opportunities available in the South East to key audiences. The strategy needed to get commitment of, and align with, the existing brands of the 5 County Councils and other key stakeholders. The objective of the strategy is to create a united brand platform of the region that we then promote on a national and international level.
Over the course of 6 months we had 6 presentations, a series of questionnaires, interviews and online research in order to scope, analysis and implement a brand and marketing strategy for the region. The final document is over 100 pages covering the branded elements and marketing strategy for the South East of Ireland. The outcome has been well received and is entering stage 2 which is implementation of the strategy action plan.
